I am a Samsung dealer with all manuals and support, just try to save a little time. hdd is 40 gig, fat file system with firmware version 1/03.000.81c_sge15_1.00 or earlier. newer firmware requires NTFS. single partition will do. machine repaired and returned. error due to crashed hdd.
