Customer moved machines to a new office. Upon plugging in and powering on.....dead machine, no lights, no noise, nothing. Outlet and power cord are good, even tried outlet that was working with their fax.. Nothing. Different power cord....nothing. Dod not have time to troubleshoot. Should therebe a stick of ram in any of the three slots in the back? All slots are empty. The bottom one has the clips in the open position.....thanks
