I mainly deal in Kyocera and Ricoh, however, I have a customer with one of these Samsung CLX-6220 MFPs who I am trying my best to help.
They called me to say the "replace fuser" message was displayed, so I suggested they order a new fuser via the web, and fit it themselves....which they did, however the "replace fuser" message is still there!
So my question is....is the new fuser unit faulty or can the fuser counter be re-set?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
