    Samsung SCX-5935FN with error: System error #02-000.

    Hi,
    The fuser is blown out and I'm assuming the code is fuser related? Could there be another problem? I know these machines had issues.

          What does your service manual say? It's on pg 4-62. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  I hate to be the one to tell you this but there is one thing that all professional technicians do: read manuals.

                  If you can't manage that you should think about another line of work. Tough love, brother. Get off your ass, and start doing your job.

                      Did you ever consider that maybe buying a service manual for a machine you may never see again is bad business? You are a jerk looking for a fight. People on this site (except JERKS) either help or do not respond. You are obviously a jerk!

                          Cheap and lazy.

                              Guess I may a jerk also - but being in the same group as BlackCat is not all bad.

                              I cheated and have a manual - but just for the exercise, I took your exact subject line and did an internet search and found the answer in less time than it took to write this post.

                              BTW: If you expect to only see it one time - how come you said you know this model has issues? We only have a half dozen or so and they seem to be work horses.

                                  While you two were fooling around on the computer, I located the problem and repaired the machine. It's returned and the customer is happy. Sorry fellas!
