    [Error Code] Samsung clx-3175fn

    Hi
    Am having a problem with my Samsung CLX-3175FN printer saying replace Drum Unit. I bought a new drum but the problem is still there/How do i reset the new drum? I have seen Blackcat4866"s Solution but am geting stuck after pressing Enter if i enter #1934 nothing happens.Does anyone no how to go about this reset prosidure especialy how to enter #1934 or if Blackcat4866 cames across this message blease help me.

          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Please Blackcat How do i enter into Service Mode ?Because my Samsung is CLX-3175FN the one with fax with the numbers but after pressing Menu if i press the # and numbers nothing happens.Please help what do i do?

                  Dimpo, press Menu, then quickly #1934# - it works. Seriously.

                  But if I remember correctly, there is no imaging unit reset in Tech Mode... Or there is?
