    Background on print Samsung clx 3185fw

    Hello,,,
    I have problem with
    Samsung clx 3185fw.
    on print there is background BLACK and color repeat image.
    no problem with toner unit

      What interval does the image repeat at? Measure, then divide that number by pi (3.14159265) to determine the diameter of the offending roller.

      There is one exception to this general rule: developing rollers often turn counter to the drum, thus altering the interval. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Is not drum or fusing unit but DEVELOPING ROLLER.

          WHAT CAN I DO .????

              Is the developing roller included in the toner cartridge?

              Did we measure, or are we just guessing? =^..^=

                      19cm / 3.14159265 = 6.04788 ... cm roller diameter

                      It sound like a drum to me. Just because you cannot catch it in the act, does not mean that the drum is cleaning properly.
                      What is the diameter of the drum? =^..^=

                              I don't know this machine .. I think that the problem is cleaning Drum/transfert roller image unit.
                              Can i clean or i must change this parts??.
                              i don't know that i can remove it .....

                                  I you've made 5000 color prints, the drum may be near end of life (6000 images: 4 color images per page, 1 black image per page).

                                  Get yourself a service manual. Read how to change the drum unit. Then change the drum unit.
                                  Or pay a technician to do it for you. =^..^=

                                      The machine has Made only 5000 BLACKS print .. This is the problem.
