samsung clx 8385 web page admin and password

Does any know how to reset or change the web browser admin and password to default.Customer has changed it and cant renember it. the machwines logon is still the same and help appreciated
Ps i know the default passwords and i cant firmware via usb as i need to back up address book via eeb browser

Thanks for that but i have a special firmware from samsung and some times doing upgrade can liose the customers address book and i normaly log on to the web browser and export the address book :-(
