CLP 315 Black spots on the back page

Hello maybe you can help me with my laser printer Samsung CLP 315 ,makes at the back of the page black spots (black-brown) seem like toner, and if you scratch them you can remove them... I just open the machine and clean the drum the cartridge and i think everything with vacuum cleaner- but the problem is still there so if i print both sides i have the spots at both sides too.....
    Thanks in advance

Since the color of the toner you're seeing is brown, most likely it's a primary transfer belt cleaning problem.

It could be something as simple as an address label stuck to the primary belt, or as catastrophic as a ripped belt. Whatever you discover, you'll probably need to replace the primary transfer belt assy, that only costs a little more than the whole printer when you bought it. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
