I recently installed a CLX-9251 and everything appeared to be working fine until the day after the install.
They use the confidential print mode in the driver so they have to enter a user id and pin at the machine to release their jobs. They are able to log in and release their jobs fine and when printed the jobs disappear from the queue.
The problem is that when the machine is left over night and they power it back up in the morning ALL jobs they have ever sent to the machine using the confidential mode are back in the queue for all users.
I spoke to Samsung support who advised me to do a memory clear which looked like it had fixed the issue but the call just came back in to say its happening again.
I'm about to try Samsung support again but I was wondering if you folks had come this issue before.
I've also got the latest firmware ready to go when I go back in case that solves it.
Thanks.
