SCX 5935 with door open message

Hello fellow toner techs! My first post on your sight. We are a sub dealer thru Neworld on Samsung and sold a ton of the 6320 and 6330's. This is my first visit to this model. The display says open door, and the front switch sounds good although i didn't get to it to meter it. Has anyone seen this? Thanks, I will browse your site to see what I can contribute!

It might be the rear door covering the fuser.

Or the HV board on the bottom of the machine.
