    Samsung errors

Hey guys, I've got a Samsung 6x45 machine that is giving an odd "CRU fuse error" and displays (according to a tech) "43323DEC1P949RTMD". He says his customer can turn the machine off and back on, which will result in the machine working temporarily. We cannot find any reference to this error in our manuals. I was hoping someone would have heard of it and can offer a suggestion (besides to dump the machine). My tech has already replaced the fuser and the drum/toner unit.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Samsung has a lot of firmware problems you should redo the firmware an do a memory clear that fixes a lot of our samsung problems.

      Re: Samsung errors

Like Kyocera, Samsung has "engineering codes" which don't appear in any manual, and don't come up very often. About your only hope of making sense of this is calling the dreaded hotline, getting transferred 4 times, and eventually getting some good information. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Had one of these recently turned out it was an electrical issue. Make sure the machine is plugged directly into the wall socket and try another electrical outlet if possible
