[CQ] Samsung c8640nd Blank 2nd side when 2 siding with ADF

I haven't had a chance to look at this machine yet.. (out of town account) Is their any common reason for this. Basically the ADF is not
reading the 2nd side and giving blank copies. Happened "all-of-the-sudden" Customer reloaded firmware. Thanks so much for any feedback...

How about try after executing "Shade & Print Report" under SVC mode - Scan Diagnostic ?
