Samsung SCX-6345N light copies

Have a machine in the field that is making light copies, very light to be exact. I cleaned the LSU, drum unit (disassemble & clean). I put the density adj on the copy home screen all the way darker and it still is very light.

Service mode is confusing, is there any way to make the printouts darker? or is my drum unit dying.

Machine states Drum Life 50% Toner Life 50%
Total Impressions - 199,132
