[Misc] scx 6345 scanning

How do you turn on the scanning function! The display shows scanning but its grayed out! How do you get into the admin and the service mode from the copier? The customer has the machine setup USB so I can't get in through the browser! I get a config page and it says scanning not enabled or not functioning! Thanks

If your scanning usb, then the scan button isn't used last I checked, scanning is invoked via a twain software installation on the host workstation.

You would need to locate the scanning software on samsungs download site, usually under printers.
