Re: my copy
Can anybody read that text box? I sure can't.
You might also throw in what model number you're working on, for those of that aren't psychic. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: my copy
F1-87 is almost always a lift motor issue for the finisher output trays. We usually see this happen when someone has set something next to or under the tray or they got bumped and the tray isn't lined up correctly. It can sometimes be cleared by restarting the machine or using sim 14. If not, you need to make sure the motors and sensors are functioning correctly.Comment

Shift Jogger Motor Trouble
Motor lock, motor harness short/open, control PWB trouble, home posistion sensor trouble, connection harness/connector connection trouble.
Use Sim. 3-3 to check the operation of the shift jogger motor.
Check connection from control pwb to the motor. replace the control PWB and the snsor part.Comment
