Did you check the drum earth contact ?
    transfer roller contact's ?

check the image on the drum (maka a copy and open the front cover so the paper is jammed by the reg, )
if the image is good chech the transfer roller

      Re: AR455 Washed Copies

Does it affect side 1 images and side 2 images when duplexing? The only record I have even close to the 33mm intervals you are seeing is a developing roller problem:

Light areas along the front of the original/copy, within 30mm of the front edge of the copy, print or facsimile reception, at 27mm intervals. Uneven floor, 10mm lower at the rear, causing poor coverage of the mag roller at the front. The effect is seen best in simulation 64-1, test pattern 64, as a "Z" shaped void at 27mm intervals. Level the copier & finisher with the casters.

Take a close look at your developer brush. I think you'll find your pattern there. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for replying. The DV unit was the culprit. Mag roller would turn by hand but when inserted in machine it was slipping.
