MXM354 F1-15

Dear colleagues, I have some problems with one MXM354+FN23. About month ago it was code F1-15 (finisher lift tray motor trouble). I checked finisher, motor was not working in sim 3-3. Than I checked finisher pwb and saw that is no 24V on lift motor (on pwb some components was failure: some transistors, fuse...). I dissasemlied lift motor and connect to DC 24V supply, worked normally in both directions. So I ordered new finisher pwb from sharp, changed it, and machine worked normally. Today, customer called me, and told me that machine on display have again F1-15!!!
After first changing finisher pwb, machine work about 20 days.
Tomorrow I will go to customer, but if you have some proposal what to check, it will be good.

you can get this error if something hits the finisher tray. also pwb can be blown by a power surge. You or customer might have to put a surge protector in that case. Good luck !!
