Re: Mxm453n grey background
Thanks for the suggestions guys...I'll reply with fix once I figure it out. This equipment is in a prison and well I certainly don't want to go back there any time soon. Customer hasn't noticed but I want to address the problem before it gets worse. I'll be checking on it bent time I go in. Thx again!Leave a comment:

Re: Mxm453n grey background
Ok I'm chasing my tail here...the background is very slight when you do internal prints and of course it gets darker when making a copy. Replaced dev unit, dev, drum and transfer assembly...I may start shooting for a board?? Suggestions, please! Checked some AE sim...and some other density simulations...Thx ahead of timeLeave a comment:

Re: Mxm453n grey background
drowranger is correct with this. Have had it happen a couple of times and both were caused by the charge unit. One of the instances was with a fairly low meter machine (50K).
Good luck.

Re: Mxm453n grey background
change the mc grid & drum blade first . can be either. then the process unit
also check the sim 46-19 auto exposure gamma setting default is mode 2, mode 1 will make it darkerLeave a comment:
