    Sharp AL-1631

What has to come off to replace the toner motor on this model? I have replaced the toner motor several times on AR-200, 168 series but this will be first time on an AL series model. I'm guessing it is similar procedure removing the main pwb, etc? Want to make sure before going out to the customer. I looked in the manual but as usual Sharp service manuals suck!

    Thanks in advance

That's correct. It's not too difficult just tedious. Page 8-8 and 8-9 show the steps you need to performs. Basically take the back off, take out the main board then remove the toner motor,

    Good luck.
