[Error Code] MX-M464N shows error F2-70 at installation

Hi Friends

I have 2 brand new machines different locations which shows the same error while installing the machine. I have performed the develop adjustment and it was completed successfully . When i put the toner in it shows F2-70 .

Case 1 : I have replaced 2 new toners and updated the firmware . but still the problem persist

Case 2 : I have replaced toner , developer unit, MFPC PWB & PCU PWB but the outcome was same.

Could you please advise.

F2-70 is wrong toner or toner chip error, make sure oem mx-560nt toner.

Can you tell us what region are you in and what toner are you using?

i am from MEA ( middle east & Africa ) region and i am using MX-560FT toner .
For your kind information the toner which was giving an error worked with another machine . So there wont be toner issue.

IT some thing in Machine ( engine ) side.

Try to open the back cover remove the chip connector and put the toner or try to put only the chip if the machine will run...If problem still there check the chip connector, cable or even the board. You didn't mention if you are using original toner. When I'm in the middle east a lot of compatible even look a like toners i've encountered some toners will work some are not. Are you a dealer in the middle east?

check sim 26-6 , make sure it is set for your region, do you get install toner cartridge message if you leave toner out of copier.
