Under System Setting, Under paper tray settings, you can set paper type

Have you checked under "System Settings" > "Device Control" > "Fusing Control Settings" > "Set Paper Weight for Fusing Control"?; two choices - either 16-23 lbs, or 23+ -28 lbs.
I have been setting up both color and b/w machines at 23+ -28lbs with good results.

For heavier paper it would be best to dedicate a tray for 'Heavy Paper 1' and instruct user to specify tray and paper type Heavy Paper 1 in printing preferences through print driver. This will heat up the fuser to appropriate temp for that specific tray in use. Heavy Paper 2 is the thickest/hottest paper setting and will slow down the print engine for better fusing, only can use the Bypass tray for this type paper.
Standard paper can be used (up to 28lbs with settings described by ZOOTECH in standard trays with no paper type alterations - actually I thought it was only up to 24lbs but may vary by model).

In service mode you should be able to specify temp settings for each tray (?), but messing with the default settings is not something I can recommend.

            Heavy paper 1 is for 28 lbs to 110 lbs (106 g/m2 to g/m2)

            Heavy paper 2 is for 110 lbs to 140 lbs (210 g/m2 to 256g/m2)
