Hello all, I have a Sharp ARM 207 that will no longer recognize the lower (optional) paper tray. The customer moved the machine when they bought a new house and now the lower tray is not seen by the main body. Any tips?

Was the second tray attached to the copier with the brackets and screws.
If not they may have lifted the machine off of the lower tray and the connector between the tray and the engine became disconnected. -

Thanks spanky!!! You were right. Went back today and they had moved it themselves and sure enough the connector was unplugged. They bent a few pins on the MPCB but I straightened them out and - BAM - works like a champ. Thanks again

Congratulations on your success. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
