    AR168S Toner Msg

    I have a replace toner message popping up and have replaced with 3 different toners and new chips and still pops up!

    I was able to retrive status and was @ 75%, replaced DEV. same results, what gives here? Any direction will be appreciated.

    This is from Sharpnet RE:AR162 which I think is the same series.

    After the machine is turned on and running in warm up mode, check the condition of the drum. If toner is starting to coat the drum, replace the LSU unit

    There is nothing about this with the AR168 but something to look at. Have not had this problem yet with our machines so if you figure it out, please let us know. Good luck.
