error during finisher swap

I just recieved a mx-m475 I purchased from an off lease equipment broker. After unpacking and plugging it in I am getting the same error F1-21. I have the RB22 and FX10. The error code says it is a fan problem but there are no fans on either of the RB22 or FN10 that I can find.

We're you able to find a fix?

F1-21 Finisher fan trouble

Section	PCU
Cause	Finisher fan motor trouble. Finisher control PWB trouble. Harness and connector connection trouble.
Check & Remedy	Use SIM3-3 to check the operation of the fan motor. Check connection between the finisher control PWB and the fan. Replace the fan. Replace the finisher control PWB

There is a fan in the Transport Section

I agree with the previous post. There are 5 or 6 different firmware packages for the same finisher on different models....

Yes normal firmware update through sim 49. It will update everything.

So, firmware of the machine and finisher through sim 49-1?

I'm asking twice because machine and finisher firmwares aren't in the same file.

The sfu file has all firmware combined. There is no separate firmware. 49-01

It is all in the sfu file of the machine firmware? Didn't know that.
