    AR-M451 A5 paper issue

    Hi I have some AR-M451N with a issue that i can t fix.
    The simpton is when the copier as paper size A5R , in the drawers, allawys when the paper finish, the copier not show the message add paper, shows "printing " and do not anything more, is crashed, the only thing to do is turn off/on again.


    The copiers are updated, and only hapened when the costumes use paper A5R.

      So you've loaded paper A5R plain paper (not A5, not a special media type), and a print job is sent A5R plain paper (not A5, not a special media type)? And the tray goes empty, but does not show that it's out of paper? That's easy. You've got a problem with the paper empty sensor. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Thanks for your reply mate.
          Yes, is all as you write, but all sensores are ok, and if i have
          a paper empty sensor, i thynk that the copier must jam when the paper finish, and is not the sympton.
          In my case, the copier when the paper finish inbthe drawer, stay showing in the job queue
          "printing", and stay crashed, not do anything more, and not have a jam paper.
          I must restar the copier in the mais switch, for the copier work again.
          Only hapened with paper A4 R, and i have some with this sympton.

              Sounds like a corrupt print spooler job might be hanging in the PC/Server software.
              PC printing from Java active Internet HTML pages with "Dummy Font Translation Code" can cause an MFD print job to hang. Some web page programmers write deliberate Print Jambing Code to stop people stealing their webpages content, or from getting free webpage print out. I won't bore you to death with the in's an out's of vector graphics deliberate oversize font scaling.

              You may like to clear the PC print spooler directory from all print jobs.

              Example DOS window:
              cmd.exe /k
              cd C:\Windows\System32\spool\Printers
              del *.*
