Add toner condition keeps coming back. I'll run a copy job for 100 it will stop in the middle of the job and ask to press the print key to continue. Tested t. Motor ok. Checked the inside of the hopper for the add toner rollers but look ok. Repl-developer and calibrated also. Could it be the t. Sensor or the ranges for control and reference. Any help appreciated. Thanks t

I've seen it a few times, small pieces of the toner roller flake off and clog the slits below it and toner can not get past it. You can remove the hopper and vacum the slits I usually fold a small piece of paper 2 or 3 times and swip it back and forth in the slits to clear it out. Be extra careful not to damage the toner roller though.
Note: If this fixes your problem replace the toner roller or it will just happen again. It should be nice and round from end to end and not tapered at all. -
What number do you get with sim 25-1? Should be around 110 to 130. Also check the gears on the dv unit. Especially the mag roller drive gear. In sim 25-1 the number should move around a bit, if it is steady or just moves a range of 1 or 2 then the augers in your dv unit are not turning correctly. Open the dv unit and spin the mag roller gear with a screwdriver and check that all 3 of the augers are moving. Sometimes the large auger gets bound.Comment

mtech is on the right track. Machines of this age can have the developing cylinder seize intermittently causing damage to the developing unit drive, the coupler, or the main drive unit. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
