Here are a few things to check out. Start with these:

Flips leading rear corner intermittently, when exiting to the FN7 on setup. When installing the punch unit the guide on the top cover has been left off. Install the paper guide at the punch exit, mounted to the top cover.

Wrinkled copies. Black lead & trail edges on all copies. Lines crossfeed @ 44.25mm intervals on backside of copies. Registration roller cleaner is filled with toner. Developer is overtoned, dumping toner into the registration assy. Paper slipping against the loose toner wrinkles in the registration assy. Clean the entire engine, especially the registration assembly. Replace the developer & stir.

Creases in feed direction on all copies & prints (from the front edge 53mm & 177mm). Misfeeds (jam code POD1N, AINPDN, POD1S) accordians in the delivery. The delivery idler rollers crumble from prolonged exposure to heat from the fuser (634k copies). Replace the delivery/turnover unit. Remember to remove the extension on the exit flag if a mailbox or AR-FN6 is present.

Flipped corner 3mm x 12mm at the front leading edge corner from tray #3 left & right only. Possibly the paper snags on a front fin 4mm from the front of the desk unit vertical path. Smooth away any rough spots in the vertical path. Add a guide mylar where necessary.

Skew Tip #2: Skews letter size paper 12 mm across the leading edge, from any tray, intermittently (2 of 20). All skewed pages have a crescent shaped wrinkle toward the copier front. Wavy copies. Post-registration paper skew. Warped pre-transfer guide (650k). Temporarily remove the pre-transfer guide ground spring. Replace the pre-transfer guide.

Skews letter size paper from tray #1 only. Also flips front corner of the leading edge. The customer has removed the paper guide in front of the feed tire assembly in tray #1. Replace the paper guide (PCOVP1543FCZZ).

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

That's an old machine now, the registration units used to cause skew if I remember correctly. It only happened on tray one?

Could it be related to the main drive unit ??
