    We need more info.
You say copy quality is bad, is print quality good?
What adjustment is failing? What is the SP. number you are running? What adjustment are you using through the UI?
Lastly, what do the copies look like?

the machine is not connected to the network it is only use as a copier but for self print i think its good, I did sim 46-24 and auto calibration in the settings but it ends up failing telling to put the test patch in the flatten glass i did check if I place the test patch correctly and still the same result
the color is too strong yellow turn to orange while orange turn to red its like there is no half tone or something like that

Have you followed the calibration procedures? TC 46-74 is the auto calibration for both the copy and print.
PM me, and I'll set you up with the sequence for the calibration - thanks to our friend down under?

make sure that you have cleaned the MFP...then run 50-22 (skew)...the color image sensor calibration is 44-13; also run 44-2, 44-6, 44-26... then run 46-24...

Dwarf you forgot the 44-27 before 44-6 and 44-26.
