you have debris or a toner clump blocking the developer flow on the mag roller.

Run sky shots in each color to see which one has the blockage.

Remove that developer unit and using your tool turn the mag roller, while doing this use a feeler gauge or a small piece of paper to go between the mag roller and the doctor blade and push the blockage to the side of the mag roller where it is out of the image area.

        Make yourself one of these:

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for that. This trick works well.

What is the SIM for printing each colour separately (mx-2600)?

If you want to print a total background color you can use,
            1. SIM 61-1
            2. Test pattern 17
            3. Select color
            4. Print

You dont need to run a sim. Run sky shoots in the single color mode and run one in each color of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black.

Good idea on the custom mylar tool. I use business cards.
