is the picture on the copy that gets wrinkled crooked? that would mean the paper was already traveling cock-eye before it hit the fuser. the fuser tries to straighten it out and that's the wrinkle. check the print on the copy. the paper could be sloppy in the drawer. it could be ricocheting off someting in the paper pathway, try feeding from the bypass see if it wrinkles. GOOD LUCK

There is a bulletin for creasing ledger size paper. You have to speed up the fuser drive motor. 48-6 increase F by 5.

toner build-up on the fuser entrance guide is often over-looked...clean the unit well...if the rollers are new and properly installed, and the unit is clean, then it would seem to be some sort of paper feed issue

we've had this occur multiple times on fusers that only has 50 to 70K on them. Increasing the motor speed by 5 (FSM) Sim 48-06 did the trick, thanks!

I had an issue with one that turned out to be the registration unit. Replaced the whole thing and it fixed it. It was odd, couldn't find anything visibly wrong with the unit.

Adjusting speed was my suggestion. Be careful it can lead to rear edge skew.
