[CQ] Overtoning

Hi all
I have a MX-M 503N overtoning
it does not code but I get grey dirty copies
and excess toner spilling out onto the reg roller
TCD_K is at 96 I have replaced the developer and developer unit
drum and transfer unit any suggestions

perhaps the Main charge assy is the culprit...it's the one thing you haven't changed...

actually I did replace the main charger when I replaced the drum

When you did your dv mix did you have the toner cartridge in or out of the machine? And have you tried to clear the half tones and calibrate?
