[Dead] Sharp MX 6500 dead machine

I have a sharp MX 6500 with fans running and nothing else.So far Have replaced SD card , CF card . Memory Dimm on print control , MFPC PWB , HDD , main PWB , with no change.The machine had an F2-72 error to start with.Customer power the machine at mains as panel was not responding and when the powered it up the machine was dead expect for the fans running.Any help appreciated.

hi disconnect all options first.
then with open door of the copier, switch on.
what happening then?
if still not comming on remove units heater ,dvs drums.
if still not on power supply ac/dc
