MX5141 poor CQ

I have a MX-5141 that has copy quality issues and is really noticeable by a copy of a copy. I have attached a sample of the original 1st copy and 2nd copy. The CIS renders the same results.

The CCD, SCN PWB, mother PWB and MFP PWB have been replaced.
