Anyone know if the MFPC PWB comes with the SD and CF cards? CPLTM8164DS72 MFPC PWB Unit
Had to install new PCU board just to get service mode to work and web page/interface to respond. Machine will not print/copy/scan, but with new PCU at least I can print 22-6 and patterns...could ping response before PCU board, now can access web page. When booting up requires no power button, boots immediately from main switch.
Locks up when pressing COPY start key. When trying to email displays 'the address limit has been reached, no more addresses can be entered'. When trying to format HDD quits and reboots after 2 minutes, the ONLY time it reboots without shutting off the main switch. The HDD spins and seems to work properly.
Used to lock up performing simulations (before new PCU), would not display ROM versions, hard switch firmware update would not update PcuB / PcuM (before new PCU).
Document Operations tab will time out and not connect...always hangs now on 'simulation finishing. When trying to Factory Defaults get 'processing failed' error 3000 9A0F5EPC:521:2, fails Data Backup or Device Cloning efforts.
Only parts around are from 4111/5111 series and are not compatible of course. Previous codes in log: E7-07(logged 1 year ago) U2-00 E7-03(both logged 3 months ago) SD error, MFPC EEPROM, and HDD , also random jams began about this time as well, maybe arc trouble in p-feed clutches or elsewhere. I suspect SD card or MFPC PWB at this point, maybe replace paper feed drive unit at same time, what a POS.
