Remove primary transfer belt and check the main drive gear. Remove the gear as you will not see the damage without removing it. The plastic where the shaft pin sits in shatters, causing the transfer belt to stall intermittently, and will cause POD1_N fuser entrance jams

I do have POD2 N jams ,i will have a look at it when i'll get back there (1 hour away from the shop ).
