    [Jamming] MXM 450n

PPD1_ST1, is it related to the ps roll unit or the rollers of the 1st cassette??

If it is only jamming from tray one, I would start with inspecting the feed/ pickup rollers and the tray itself.

If that's not it my next guess would be a worn out delivery roller that is slipping.

I'm assuming you have checked the obvious, tray 1 p/u, sep and feed rollers. I'm assuming you have tried feeding from tray 2, tray 3 or MP tray to see if the problem occurs. I'm assuming you have cleaned the ps roller and the sensor. If you have done all of the above to no avail, I would change out the ps unit.

              Something like this?:

Misfeeds (jam code TRAY1). After rollers are changed jam code changes (jam code PPD_ST1), after running pre-perforated cardstock & repeated jamming. Tray #1 lower separation guide is broken at its front swivel. Remove the print engine. Remove these units: drum, developing, cleaning, registration. Flip engine upside down. Remove left cassette rail to install the tray #1 lower separation guide (PGIDM1892FCZZ).

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
