    The issues with that is each file is 4-8 GB and I don't have a Dropbox or other account with enough space for them.

        Hello Everyone, Sorry it took so long to update with results. Unfortunately they were not good. A NEW SD Card/ CF Card and main mfp board did not resolve the problem. We ended up permanently replacing the machine. It was not worth spending any more money/ time on. I'm sad I was not able to bring you all an exact solution. Thanks so much for your posts!
