We just got a brand new machine, a Sharp MX-5070N. We've had some nice Sharp units for some years previously (MX-5001N, M503N, M363N), and now we're on the next generation level. But I can't understand why a simple procedure like the Preview option while using the glass instead of the top feeder would be disabled! It's still possible on our other MFP (MX-M565N & M365N), but there's a message popping up when I try to do the same on the 5070, either as a copy or a scan, saying this feature is not available. I'd say it's sometimes pretty useful when you want to copy or scan an unusual size format, and need to see if it's going to be ok first (that's why the Preview feature exists, right?)!
I've checked the manual, without finding anything related to this yet (you know how big these are!). I know it's a relatively new machine, so maybe not that many of you have encountered it yet. But if anyone has a clue as to enable the Preview feature when not using the top feeder, that would be awesome!

when doing the user manual for all the color machines in this series as the 5050,5070,6050,6070 were just released here in USA.
