Do you know what the code means?

    Have you done anything? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Cause 1. Fan connector disconnection

Check the harness and the connector between the
      PCU PWB and the fan.

Cause 2. Fan does not rotate because of some other trouble.

Use SIM6-2 to check that the fan is rotation actually.

        Frank

I would try the trouble reset in simulation mode it may be a quick fix. This is above the fuser so it's a critical fan and will code out almost immediately. The code doesn't say if it's the front or rear fan, so as the previous poster said you may have to watch to see which one is turning and which one isn't. I believe they are removed pretty easily behind the plastic cover maybe you can breathe some life back into the fan with a drop of oil

These fans die. It's a fact. If you have a bone yard pull some fans. I wouldn't try to repair the fan, and honestly I wouldn't piss around and only change one of them. Rather than let your client have a down machine for a few days just spend some cash and get them up and running. After all we make our money off of happy clients. Happy clients pay their bills. Paid bills means happy bosses. Happy bosses don't get too upset when you forget that the train always runs at a slightly different time every morning.

When you split the delivery unit try to spin the fans by hand. If it spins smoothly its fine. If it judders is dead.

The electronics on the fan goes bad too, you can't tell if a fan is good by spinning it.

This. I've replaced these fans too often.

I must have just been lucky on the dozen or so I've replaced.
