I have a machine that i did a full PM on New drum units, Developer, Fuser Unit, after about 30,000 pages started losing black developer being sucked into toner waste container.

Usually it's the MC corona that cause the kind of prob you have ,take a good look at the charge and see if the sawtooth are not bent.

I put a brand new drum unit in it which comes with drum and Mc Unit.
