[Misc] Sharp MX-M623n Copier not stapling print jobs

I have a customer that has multiple MX-m623 printers. Most of the printers in the building can staple just fine.

Two of the 623's can staple when they copy but will not staple from a print job over the network. We have tried multiple drivers reinstalling, and configuring the finisher, it did not fix the issue. We have tried cloning from known working 623's in the building, but still does not want to staple. When we hooked up the printer trough a cross over cable directly into a laptop the printer would staple. Every other 623 in the building works fine on the network but the 2.

We are baffled with what is going on any help or previous experience with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

This is perplexing. So the casey's recognize that individual printer and it shows it having the correct configuration? I guess what I'm asking does it give you the option to staple and then it just doesn't staple?

It gives me the option to staple then doesn't staple. It doesn't even send it to the finisher.

is the stapler disabled on the copier

I think I'd delete the offending print driver and download a fresh version of the print driver. Do a completely fresh install. =^..^=
