I also work on canon, Konica, lanternier, etc... hell I wasn't even suggesting he call a sharp tech, but rather anyone that knows what the f@ck they are doing.

And you can always tell some end user turned wanna be by the fact that he can't even find his own damn part number. If you can't find something as simple as a part number for a piece of equipment, then you obviously don't know what you're doing, and should seek advice. Wait, that's what you did. You came here asking people that do know what they are doing. Honestly, how do you not know how to look up parts? Does this mean you don't have a service manual, or a parts guide? To me it implies that you should go back to bussing tables at IHOP.

Mine are almost all offering help. I just don't see how my suggesting calling a tech since his post looked like something from someone working on his own equipment means I'm a know it all. I use this to help myself problem solve. When I see an issue I haven't ran into I try to figure it out. And when I see someone that looks lost I give what advice seems best. Generally one could assume that a tech could find parts. Generally one could assume that a tech would at least have access to a parts guide, or at least know what suppliers carry parts to machines he has agreed to work on.

I picture him wearing a bib while mother spoon feeds him.

Strange he was able to google this web forum for help but not google for a part number.

Sorry if this seems mean and blunt, but you got the answer you where looking for and then insulted the person that helped you. The appropriate response goes something like this (THANK YOU!!!)
