I know it's not much help but I have had bad toners. The chip gets corrupted, try another if available.

Just recently change dev unit and drum unit.. cleaned transport pipe as well.. firmware up to date.. 2 new oem toner same thing...

check the gears on toner cart, used to get some toners were gear popped off and couldn't get it to stay on shaft. is toner coming out of cartridge.

first toner half the powder gone. but on the 2nd one... no.... i cleaned pipe going to dev.. but i guess dev although is new.. is damage..i hope not.

This is what happen when something went wrong... From toner replenishment into f2-67.. such a time waster xD


fter cleaning... all works fine now.
