I have 2 Sharp mx-m363 copiers that do the same problem. The copies have very light cq, I did sim 10 adj .The copies will get back to normal. But after a few days the copies will go back to very light. I have replace the drum and developer on both machines but I cannot get it to consistently stay dark . Help !

I'm not sure about the MXM363, but there are several B/W machines that do require the toner cartridge be removed when running 25-1/2 ; you may have to cheat the front door. Check the install manual. There was a shipload of machines that sat on the dock during a strike, and the toner add clutch plates rusted adding toner when not needed (overtoned)."You can't trust your eyes, if your mind is out of focus" --Comment

Toner density control reference value
setting
This adjustment is needed in the following situations:
* When developer is replaced.
NOTE: Be sure to execute this adjustment only when developer is
replaced. Never execute it in the other cases.
1) With the front cabinet open, enter SIM 25-2.
When setting the toner density control reference value, pull out
the toner cartridge in advance.
2) Close the front cabinet and press [EXECUTE] button.Comment
