I cant acces to this setting bcs the printer asked me the password.

Do you know if it's possible to erase the printer to the default settings ?

You can, once you've reset the admin password. It's under Security Settings > Initialize Private Data/Data in Machine.

Your earlier question about the 463//... You'll need to provide Sharp tech support with the "Reset Key Issue Code" that you see.
Sharp will respond in email and on your open ticket with the Reset key you need. Lately it's been in 24 hours but, they say up to 3 days.

You don't need to use the System Settings screen to restore a copied Address Backup, use SIM56-2; or, log into service settings.

Go to another machine (MX 5141) model doesn't matter. Go to Storage backup. Choose User Register Information. Create backup. Go to the MX 5070, type IP address. Go to (IP address /service_login.HTML), Password is service. Go to device Cloning. Send the backup you made to the machine and the password will be reset.

              Re: MX-3070N Password reset

I have a cloning file on my jump drive so when we get machines in with changed admin code I do the following

go to status, then network status, then IPv4 and get the address

go to my laptop change the ip address to 1 last number more then connect to copier

login to service web page of machine and go to clone

then clone machine to that file which changes ONLY the admin pass and VIOLA.....done
