Ar 200 vertical out of focus and image enlarged

Wierd looking copies no obvious binds in the optical unit or codes but from front to back magnification seems way out of spec.
    Anybody has had this problem?

Is it possible that the MCU PWB has been changed? If so, have the appropriate jumpers been cut, so the machine knows it's an AR-200?

Is the image compressed or expanded, and in which direction (feed [sub-scan] or cross-feed [main scan])?
    =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Problems with sub-scan magnification are related to scanner speed. Problems with main-scan magnification are related to image processing circuitry. Firstly, I would reseat all connections between the CCD and the MCU. It's most likely the MCU PWB. A distant second choice might be the CCD. =^..^=
