Does somebody knows if the Sharp AL2041 primary corona is spared ?

    Well, that

Do you know if the main/charge corona unit is spared for the Sharp AL2041 (and under which part number?)
happens that in this model the corona is part of the drum unit as a customer consumable, but this
unit is OK and the charge corona unit has broken badly on one end.

    Any input is welcomed.

I looked parts list, there is no process unit but must be like mxb200 a4 machine. Main charge unit has no one part number. Often is broken mc case which part number is LHLDZ0016QSZ2
    (Number 5 from below pic)

From all appearances it's only $45 USD for the drum unit assy.

I would think that you're wasting your considerable talents, trying to find the primary as a sub assembly. As the consumer model, the drum unit was never intended to be disassembled. If you spent more than 21 minutes fiddling with the primary, you could have installed a whole drum assembly for that same amount of labor. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
