[CQ] mx5140 only copying and printing in black and white

m/c started off with f2-41 cyan toner concentration unable to reset or print replaced cyan developer and ran dev set up all looked ok no errors ran test print in service mode but no colour present and no codes replaced all boards drum units dev units tx belts 1 & 2 cleaned allcontacts still no joy bords canged as follows pcu , mfp , tx hv, main hv any suggestions

Reset back to factory settings and flash firmware.

Is there a Black image at all? Is there any image on the drums when doing a stop jam? IF there is an image on the drum, is there an image on the 1st transfer?
