    [Dead] MX 2300 Rainbow Lines

    Hey There!
I have an old MX 2300 in the Field. The last one...
Now i have had an Service Call for this Maschine.
When i do a Copy or Print Job the Copy has vertical Lines
in all Colors when i Copy in Color.
Even vertical Lines in Black when i Copy BW.
    Maybe its an LUS Fail?
There is no Eroor coming up.
Ive done Firmware Update but no solution.
    Sample here:
    MX-3501N_20170214_173243.jpg - directupload.net
    Maybe someone can Help?

    Regards
    Daniel

    It is something about LSU.
I remember that I change some parametres for lsu 61- something (lsu power setup) and machine work better. Sharp said: never change those parametres but for me was fixed.

I'd check to see if it pulled a developer first. Not very common but easiest to check. Next check the primary belt position clutch. Those are bad about going out. Cheat the front door and make sure it stops and stays in each position when cycling in simulation. The other thing I have seen cause it is the transfer roller being positioned wrong in the secondary belt unit. The spring may be gone or worse the plastic tab it pushes against in back may be broken. Lastly check the LSU shutters. I have had techs knock them out of place causing wierd copy quality issues but most of the time it looks like a partial void on one color in particular. Hope this helps.
