Around here we're dealing with the same problem on a MX-M264N. Model and serial (since I guess the os on the card is matched to the serial). $120 direct from Sharp later we have a new card.

Does anyone have the image file for this model machine? We have one with the same error and do not have another of the same model. Needing asap.

Able to use card from MX-M314N to make copy of. Was able to boot and then re-flashed firmware.

I am sending you a link to my server and a username and password. In the FTP folder will be all the stuff you need including the latest firmware for the MXM354 w/o HDD and instructions. Once you create the SD card you will need to do an emergency update with firmware provided. You may also need to reinstall the emanual or watermark firmware if it applies to that model. if your machine has a hard disk I dont have the sd card image for that one.
